Software Mind is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and modernize web applications for a key client in our California office. You’ll develop scalable solutions using React/Next.js, Node.js, and Azure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

You’ll write clean, well-tested code, participate in reviews, and mentor teammates. This role requires strong communication with clients and a passion for reliable, secure systems.

Competenze

• Proficiency with React/Next.js/Angular/Vue.js front-end frameworks.
• Strong Node.js proficiency.
• Experience deploying apps on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience.
• Knowledge of API design, authentication/authorization, and web security.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in helping our client design, build, and modernize the applications and technology solutions their business relies on. You'll work on developing and deploying modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software that meets client needs.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

• Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong proficiency with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience
• Working knowledge of API design, authentication/authorization, and web application security.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
