Requires a high school diploma, RVIA and HVAC certifications, plus 5+ years of technical/troubleshooting and supervisory experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with leadership responsibilities over the service team.

Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor manages Service Technicians and maintains technical and performance efficiency within the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on schedule, and to a high quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and work to improve employee efficiency

Education & Certifications
