Responsibilities

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and campus leaders to plan and tailor curricula.
• Deliver lessons aligned with Paideia philosophy and curriculum maps; include vocabulary and objectives.
• Monitor and grade student learning using data and assessments per school policy.
• Foster safe, healthy classroom culture and restorative practices.
• Inform parents about student progress through regular conferences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
