iLEAD California is seeking a Multiple Subject Facilitator/Teacher for 7th Grade Math to plan, implement and tailor a rigorous instructional program using project-based learning. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement an instructional program using Project-based Learning.
• Create and tailor curriculum to the needs of the learners.
• Provide differentiated, inquiry-based lessons and ILPs.
• Maintain records, assess learner progress, and develop ILPs in collaboration with families.
• Communicate with parents and liaise with department staff regarding planning and curriculum mapping.
• Represent iLEAD California positively in all interactions and communications.
• Facilitate Advisory groups to promote social and emotional health.
• Participate in team/school/company collaborations, and continuous improvement.
