Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement an instructional program guiding learners to develop potential via Project-based Learning.
• Create and tailor curriculum to learners’ needs within iLEAD California.
• Provide planned learning experiences and differentiate lessons; use small group instruction.
• Maintain safe learning atmosphere with strong classroom management.
• Evaluate learners’ growth, keep records, and develop ILP with family collaboration.
• Collaborate with staff to assess and address health, social-emotional and learning needs.
• Maintain displays and create engaging learning environments; use varied assessment strategies.
• Communicate with department members on planning, assessment, and curriculum mapping.
