Job summary

Well Boarding Transportation LLC is seeking reliable 7D drivers to transport students to and from school in a calm, professional, and caring manner. You will represent the company, support families, and prioritize student safety on each trip.

Responsibilities include safe operation under MA RMV 7D rules, pre/post-trip inspections, route adherence, and clear communication with dispatch. Training and schedules align with school times; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (Massachusetts 7D)
• Valid MA driver’s license with 3+ years
• Valid MA 7D Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean driving record per RMV
• Pass CORI background check, RMV driving record review, and drug screening
• Ability to pass required physical and medical certifications
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional judgment
• Experience working with children or special-needs populations is a plus
• CPR+First Aid is a plus

Minimum Requirements (Massachusetts 7D Compliance)
