Our downtown Pittsburgh location is searching for a Counter Sales Associate who is friendly, outgoing, and excels in customer service. Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch while maintaining a neat and organized warehouse. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC. Knowledge in these fields is preferred to keep our customer service efficient.

Position hours: 7am-4:30pm

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly and helpful customer service
2. Understand customer needs
3. Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
4. Process and schedule customer orders
5. Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
6. Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
7. Keep counter area clean and organized

Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces, and more.
