Job summary

Logic Staffing is seeking a Senior Controls Technician to join a growing distribution team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on maintaining material handling and storage systems, troubleshooting high/low voltage equipment, and supporting SCADA, WMS, and WCS applications.

You will lead teams, guide technical contributors, and develop preventive maintenance programs while working Fri–Sun nights on a 3x12 schedule. Base pay is $79,040 with shift differentials and premiums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining material handling and storage systems
• Experience guiding teams and technical contributors
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Controls Systems (WCS)
• Strong troubleshooting of high/low voltage motor drives and starters
• Experience with SCADA systems and PLC platforms (AB/Rockwell, Siemens, Step7)
• Ability to build preventive maintenance programs

Pay: $79,040/year base, plus $1.75/hour shift differential and a 10% shift premium

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining material handling and storage systems, distribution center operations, and warehouse management systems; experience guiding teams and technical individual contributors

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3x12s)
