Job summary

Right at Home Marble Falls is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team serving Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs and surrounding areas. Part-time schedules with flexible hours and competitive weekly pay, base rates $15–$18 per hour, and paid training.

You will provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and transportation to client homes. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive to clients' homes (at least 30 minutes).
• Part-time schedules with flexibility.
• Prior caregiving or home-care experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes as needed.
• Offer transportation to appointments or activities.
• Communicate positively with clients, families, and team members.
