Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate Caregivers/PCA to support clients in Marble Falls, Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, and surrounding areas. Part-time schedules offer flexible hours and competitive base pay between $15 and $18 per hour.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive at least 30 minutes to client homes are required. Join our team to provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance while fostering dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver or PCA preferred.
• Willing to travel to client homes (at least 30 minutes).
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and foster a comforting presence.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments or activities with valid driver's license.
• Promote respectful, patient-centered communication with clients, families, and staff.

Job Details:

Schedule: Part-time (Flexible schedules!) - Work when it suits you best!

Base Pay: $15 - $18 an hour - Competitive pay for your invaluable work.

Special Requirement: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at clients' homes.
