Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate HHA/PCA caregivers for Johnson City, Marble Falls and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

You’ll provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and personal care, including transportation and help with daily living activities. Training is provided, with weeklies pay available.

Qualifications

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client homes.
• Demonstrates compassion and reliability.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow care plans and document tasks accurately.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Part time (Flexible schedules)
• Base Pay: $15 - $18 per hour
• Special Requirement: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home

A HHA / PCA duties:

• Provide companionship to clients - your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals - nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping - creating a safe and tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming - helping with compassion and dignity.
