INNOVATIVE THE LANDMARK is seeking a dependable overnight professional to support residents and the care team. You will help ensure medications are administered accurately and on time, while contributing to a safe, respectful environment for those in your care.

You will prepare and administer medications, verify information, and monitor residents during the overnight shift. The role emphasizes strong documentation, teamwork, and adherence to policies to ensure quality care.

Formación

• Current certification or licensure for medication administration in the applicable setting.
• Experience in healthcare, assisted living, long-term care, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately.
• Ability to stay calm and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate professional to support residents and the care team during the overnight shift. In this role, you will help ensure medications are administered accurately and on time, while contributing to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for those in your care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications according to established procedures, physician orders, and facility policies
• Verify resident information, medication schedules, and documentation requirements before administering medications
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate clinical team members
• Document medication administration and related observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Support residents with daily care needs as permitted by role responsibilities and training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication area
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times
• Respond professionally to resident requests and collaborate effectively with other team members during the overnight shift

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure required for medication administration in the applicable setting
• Experience working in healthcare, assisted living, long-term care, or a similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and clinical direction
