Qualifications

• Teaching certification or relevant field strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution required
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations
• Deliver content and grade level curriculum and core content objectives
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback
• Track student progress with assessments and adjust plans accordingly
• Communicate students' progress with families weekly
• Utilize technology to enhance learning and manage tasks
• Maintain a consistent behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives
• Contribute to a positive school culture and student engagement
• Build strong relationships with students and families based on trust and respect
• Host tutoring sessions as needed
• Participate in weekly meetings and after-school duties
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning
