Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a 6G GTAW Pipe Welder to perform high‑quality welds on pipe from ¾" to 18" (primarily 2"‑6"), including critical refrigeration components. The welder will set up, fit, and complete welds on compressors, vessels, evaporators, and condensers as part of an in‑house team.

This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays. Candidates must pass a 6G GTAW test and pre‑employment screening, and will contribute to safety, accuracy,

Competenze

• Welding school graduate with 2+ years of welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 6G GTAW dissimilar weld test (2" schedule 40 stainless to 2" schedule 80 carbon).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Familiar with rigging, torch cutting, grinder and wire wheel operation, leveling and measurement tools.
• Team oriented and safety conscious.

Mansioni

• Weld pipe ranging from ¾" to 18" diameter, primarily 2"‑6".
• Weld pipe runs on critical components (compressors, vessels, evaporators, oil separators, condensers).
• Cut, bevel, and fit pipe accurately.
• Set up and perform open root welding (no insert).
• Achieve welding productivity targets and assist with site tasks as needed.
