The Agency for Health Care Administration in Tallahassee is seeking a Government Analyst II to perform professional financial analysis, budget coordination, and trust fund analyses as part of the Career Service pay plan. This is a mission-essential, non-remote, full-time position.

You will prepare reports, monitor compliance with state and federal financial regulations, and assist with the agency’s annual operating budget and funding processes, providing analytic support and timely information

Qualifications

• Four years of professional or non-professional accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accounting records.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
