Job summary

Ryan Fireprotection Inc. is hiring for a 5-year, paid training Apprentice program in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll gain hands-on field experience, complete 19 courses through a nationally recognized university, and receive regular raises every 6 months.

Starting pay is $25.40/hour with potential to start higher if you have a bachelor’s degree, military experience, or related trades. Journeyman and foreman pay are clearly defined as you progress within Indiana’s pay scale.

• Must be 18+ and pass a drug test & physical.
• Willingness to travel is required.

• Class 2: $28.35
• Class 3: $30.71
• Class 4: $33.07
• Class 5: $34.85
• Class 6: $37.80
• Class 7: $40.16
• Class 8: $42.52
• Class 9: $44.89
• Class 10: $47.25

Journeyman = $51.52/hour, but at Ryan, we are training for you to be a Foreman who make $54.08/hour
