Job summary

Red Door Escape Room is seeking a friendly, energetic Game Master to create a 6-star guest experience in Fort Worth, TX. You will guide groups through engaging, puzzle-filled experiences, maintain safety, and ensure guests leave excited and satisfied.

You’ll hype players, explain rules, and adapt to diverse guests while keeping the flow lively and enjoyable. Weekend/evening availability and a positive attitude are required.

• End experiences on a high note regardless of outcome.
