Caterpillar IT & Strategy division seeks a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead high-impact improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to manufacturing and business processes. You will mentor Green Belts and translate data into actionable insights to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
