Work towards a large reduction in customer defects & bottom line warranty expense, while ultimately improving the customer & dealer experience. This is done by improving our solutions & services while effectively communicating and ensuring the improvements are at the lowest possible cost & seamless to customers & extended enterprise.**What you will do*** Manage approximately 10-12 CPI projects across various stages of implementation, lead regular cross functional team meetings or workshops to define the problem, create a project plan, implement immediate customer containment actions, identify & investigate issue root causes, facilitate solution(s) creation, validation, and implementation.* Work throughout the value streams to ensure solutions are implemented worldwide optimally, regularly creating/updating publications & systems for communication to worldwide dealers, regularly summarizing reporting to leaders/clients/dealers on project status and escalating appropriately when roadblocks are encountered.* Mentor other project leaders & lead division wide product / process improvement projects.
