Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication in English.
• Proficient in computer and Internet based applications (including email and systems apps).
• Experience working with children.
• Knowledge of library practices, terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations of the school library media center under the direction of the District Media Specialist.
• Provide educational supports to all students under licensed staff.
• Supervise students in various settings and monitor for safety concerns.
• Support organization of library resources and access for staff and students.
