Northridge Local Schools is seeking a 6-8 Social Studies/English Language Arts Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid Ohio Teacher’s License, possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, be highly qualified in the subject matter, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and dedication to student achievement and success.

The Board of Education believes that quality education is not possible in an environment affected by drugs. Therefore, it seeks to establish and maintain an educational setting free from the use or evidence of controlled substances.
The District prohibits the manufacture, possession, use, distribution, or dispensing of any controlled substance, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia by staff members on District property or during District-related activities. Violations will result in disciplinary action according to District guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.
The Superintendent will establish guidelines to ensure compliance with this policy, and staff will be informed of standards regarding unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol. Disciplinary actions will be appropriate and in accordance with negotiated agreements.
