Job summary

Teaching Lab in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Math Facilitator/Coach (contractor, 1099) to design and deliver high-quality professional learning for middle school math teachers. The role supports implementation of Eureka Math and Illustrative Math with strong routines and equitable practices.

Work is project-based and on-site with some remote work; compensation is day-rate based (350 for <2 hours, 500 for <3 hours, 1000 for <6 hours, 1150 for <8 hours) and engagements cover prep, delivery, follow-up, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Deep experience coaching educators in grades 6-8 math.
• Experience teaching or coaching Eureka Math and/or Illustrative Math curricula.
• Experience implementing CPALMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional development sessions, including feedback cycles and adjustments based on participant input.
• Provide tailored 1:1 coaching and group learning for educators, in-person and virtually.
• Build collaborative relationships with educators and leaders to strengthen instructional capacity and improve student outcomes.
• Support data collection, reporting, and reflection to measure coaching impact.
