Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a production team member to operate on the line in Petersburg, VA. You will work with teammates to meet product specs, follow safety and quality guidelines, and support other departments as needed.

No prior experience is required, but you must be able to read and write and perform basic arithmetic. Commitment to GMPs, SOPs, and plant rules is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and write.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic as part of daily tasks.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production line.
• Commitment to following GMPs, SOPs, plant rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks assigned by Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Maintain pace with the line and ensure product specifications are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow written and oral instructions and keep work area clean.
• Conform to GMPs, SOPs, and plant policies; support internal and external customers.
