GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in California. You will lead daily warehouse activities, coach a team, and ensure high quality service to customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, monitoring performance, and maintaining the GXO 7S program. The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and experience in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• U.S. citizen status per government requirements

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy and GXO 7S program
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members and other departments
