Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related area from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.
• Evidence that a criminal record history check has been conducted and clearance given.
• Pass state required TB test.

Responsibilities

• Teacher shall work between 7:30am and 4:00pm.
• Mentor assigned teachers and participate in mentoring program.
• Write, align curriculum, and implement Quest Charter Academy provided curriculum.
• Submit weekly lesson plans and grades on time.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development, and department meetings.
• Chaperone and organize school activities and field trips.
• Maintain communication with parents through calls, correspondence, and meetings.
