Qualifications

• Texas State Teacher’s Certification or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree with passing score on ExCET/TExES in grade level or content area.
• Bachelor’s degree with a major/minor in core subject areas or relevant work experience in content area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare effective lessons using classical traditional methods.
• Administer formative and summative assessments and communicate progress to parents.
• Provide interventions for struggling students and maintain accurate grades.
• Collaborate with Special Education and 504 teachers to ensure accommodations.
