Responsibilities

• Prepare effective lessons using classical traditional methods
• Assign lessons and correct classwork and homework timely
• Administer formative and summative assessments and report progress to parents
• Provide academic interventions for struggling students
• Maintain grades, calendar, and parent communication via online tools
• Maintain classroom discipline and a conducive learning environment
• Promote a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
• Model and reinforce virtuous behavior
• Regularly communicate with students and parents about progress
• Participate in faculty meetings, conferences, and training
• Support students with course selections and guidance
• Sponsor student activities and clubs as needed
• Assist with marketing and student recruitment efforts
• Perform additional duties after school hours as assigned
• Follow RES employee and campus handbooks and procedures
• Read and comply with all policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
