• Collaborate on lesson planning and develop expertise across instruction areas.
• Maintain an Individual Growth Plan (IGP) and monitor student progress toward goals.
• Align lessons to district curriculum and state standards.
• Integrate educational technology and maintain professional communication with students and staff.
