Bondurant-Farrar Community School District is seeking a Long Term 5th Grade (Math/Science) Substitute Teacher at Bondurant-Farrar Intermediate School serving grades 5-6, starting mid-October 2026 (approx. Oct 18, 2026–Jan 8, 2027).

Requirements include a valid Iowa teaching or substitute license with endorsements, a Bachelor's degree in a related area, and the ability to plan, manage a classroom and communicate with families. Compensation is $230 per day.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Iowa teaching or substitute license with endorsements or certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a position-related area.
• Endorsements or certification in elementary education, science, or math preferred.
