Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area and an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred credentials include a Master’s degree and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in subject matter (or 24+ credit hours with other degree).
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate subject and grade specific lesson plans.
• Provide instruction above grade level in an interactive setting.
• Implement BASIS Curriculum with creative lessons and assessments.
• Collaborate with BASIS teachers to develop curriculum material.
• Tutor students to boost academic trajectory and career success.
• Manage student behavior to foster achievement and responsibility.
• Support non-instructional duties such as Early Bird/Late Bird and lunch.
• Maintain regular attendance and supervise students.
