Job summary

BASIS Leander campus is seeking a qualified 4th/5th Grade Math Teacher to join our bright, passionate team. This teacher will prepare and facilitate subject-specific lesson plans, delivering instruction aligned with BASIS Curriculum and collaborating with LETs to meet students' needs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in the subject or 24+ credit hours, IVP fingerprint clearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in subject matter (or 24+ credit hours in applicable subject matter with other degree).
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate subject and grade specific lesson plans.
• Provide subject instruction at a higher level than grade standard in an interactive environment.
• Implement BASIS Curriculum with creative lessons and assessments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in subject matter or 24+ credit hours with other degree

Master’s degree in subject matter or education
