Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution (required).
• Holding or willing to pursue a Florida educator certification.
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting is strongly preferred.
• Florida educator certification or willingness to pursue certification is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Track each student’s progress, adjust lessons, and update gradebook weekly.
• Communicate students’ progress with students and families weekly.
• Maintain a clear behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives.
