Compensation aligns with degree level: ~$284.28/day with a master’s level at ~$331.98/day; note this position is not health or dental benefit eligible. Qualifications

• Must have a valid MN teaching license.
• Ideal candidate will have elementary teaching experience.
• Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of core areas (Language Arts, Math, early literacy).
• Experience with differentiated instructional designs for diverse learners.
• Strong classroom management and ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency with current technology to support communication, learning and progress monitoring.
• Ability to analyze and respond to data on student learning.
