Job summary

You will partner with customers, manufacturer's representatives, and distributors to drive revenue growth and support design-win activities. In this role you will execute account plans, build lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of account management, sales, or business development experience in semiconductor or technical industries.

• Solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day semiconductor sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Support Manufacturer's Representatives and franchised distributors to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives.

• Develop working knowledge of assigned markets, products, and applications.

• Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and sales processes.
• Travel required within region (20-40%).

Salary Range: $96,800 - $127,800
