Pharmacist 503B Closed Door Setting Kennett Square, PA

RPh on the Go is hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity at a 503B closed door pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This is an excellent role for pharmacists who are detail-oriented, thrive in structured environments, and are seeking experience outside of traditional retail.

This position plays a critical role in overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of medications, and maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising fulfillment staff, reviewing prescription orders, ensuring documentation accuracy, and assisting in the shipping and handling of orders when needed. The role also involves evaluating patient therapy and supporting best practices in medication use.

This is a highly regulated environment where consistency and precision are essential. Excellent attendance and a strong professional presence are required from day one.

Work Schedule:

• Weekday shifts: 6:00am 2:30pm or 3:00pm 11:30pm (primary need)

• Daytime shift: 8:00am 4:30pm

• Rotating weekend coverage: Must be available for either Saturday or Sunday on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of Pennsylvania

• Background in a closed door, compounding, or high-volume production pharmacy

• Recent experience in a non-retail pharmacy setting

• Exceptional attention to compliance, documentation, and safety standards

• Compounding experience preferred, though not required
