Pharmacist Position 503B Closed Door Pharmacy Kennett Square, PA

RPh on the Go is currently looking for dedicated and licensed pharmacists for an exciting contract-to-hire position at a 503B closed door pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists looking to step away from traditional retail pharmacy and join a specialized, highly regulated environment focused on patient care, precision, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate fulfillment of prescriptions, reviewing orders for compliance, and ensuring that all documentation meets strict regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the safe and effective distribution of medications. While patient counseling may be a part of the role, the primary focus will be on operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Position Details:

• Shift Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 6:00 am 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm 11:30 pm (priority shift coverage)

• Additional daytime shifts: 8:00 am 4:30 pm

• Weekend shifts required (either Saturday or Sunday, on a rotating basis)

What We re Looking For:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

• Prior experience in a high-volume or closed door pharmacy setting is preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws

• High attention to detail, particularly in ensuring order accuracy and regulatory compliance

• Compounding experience is beneficial but not necessary
