Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Shavano Park Center in San Antonio, TX. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified RBTs.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to families and supervisors. The position is full-time, with weekday hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with kids.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written English communication to implement treatment plans and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families through the therapy process.

Location: Shavano Park Center4350 Lockhill Selma Rd, Suite 155, San Antonio, TX 78249

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
