Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for the Albuquerque Center. Location: 8300 Jefferson St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87114.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. $20.00–$25.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for qualified RBTs. Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing BCBA treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for treatment plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families.
