Job summary

The Westin Chattanooga is hiring AM and PM servers to deliver a 5-Star dining experience for guests in our Food & Beverage team.

As a server you will take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain tables, know menu prices and daily specials, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding professional standards and health guidelines.

Shift availability includes early mornings and late evenings; weekends and holidays may be required for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a server is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean and set up tables after guests depart.
• Know menu prices, daily specials, ingredients and offerings.
• Provide top-notch customer service and professionalism.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
