Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in NX, including 5-axis milling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Experience with Vericut and post processors.
• Willingness to ramp on other processes under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Use NX CAD/CAM to program CNC parts, including 5-axis milling of airfoils, roots, and shrouds.
• Program or support grinding, EDM, laser drilling, and related processes under guidance.
• Verify NC files (Vericut), maintain revision control on programs and setup sheets.
• Read drawings, suggest DFM improvements, and design simple fixtures as directed.
• Support machine setup, operation, and prove-out across multiple cells.
