Job summary

Durex Industries is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to own setup, operation, and optimization of CNC milling centers (3–4 axis VMCs and 5+ axis potential) to produce high-precision components from customer blueprints. You will load programs, verify offsets, and validate geometry with micrometers and indicators.

Responsibilities include running quality tests, documenting results, and troubleshooting tooling and machine issues while maintaining accuracy and safe practices on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven ability with CNC controls and cutting tools; expert at safe deburring and part handling to customer requirements.
• Independent, organized, detail-accurate, and safety/quality driven; communicates clearly and owns outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, operation, and optimization of CNC milling centers to build high-precision components per blueprints.
• Load/verify programs; set work/tool offsets; validate geometry and features.
• Run quality tests and document results across forms, reports, logs.
• Verify dimensions with precision metrology and GD&T.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues; refine tooling strategies and maintain alignment.
• Coordinate workflow, support production scheduling, and train operators as needed.
