Prince Industries is seeking a 5-axis CNC Setup Machinist for our Tampa, FL operation to set up, prove out, and run complex parts on 5-axis mills and grinders. You will work from blueprints and CNC programs, ensuring first-pass quality and on-time production.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining.
• Hands-on training with Siemens controls (840D or Sinumerik).
• Ability to read GD&T blueprints and tolerances.
• Proficiency in selecting tools and setting work offsets.
• Experience inspecting parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills with fixtures and probes.
• Read drawings and CNC programs to plan each setup.
• Load and prove out programs with safe practices and simulations.
• Measure first pieces and in-process parts with inspection tools.
• Adjust tool offsets and programs to maintain tolerances.
• Document setup details and communicate issues with team.
