Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Minimum 2 years Mastercam experience.
• 5-axis machining across multiple platforms (Zimmermann, Apec, FPT, Mecof).
• Experience with Heidenhain and Fidia controls preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by studying work orders, drawings, and tolerances (GD&T).
• Program 5-axis CNC machines with Mastercam.
• Set up tooling, offsets, and compensation; calculate tooling requirements.
• Verify setups by measuring head clearance, travel, and first-run parts.
• Maintain quality and safety, troubleshoot and document in logs.
• Document actions in Plex ERP and support cross functional teams.
