National Church Residences in southern Ohio is seeking a Medical Social Worker to join our Home Health division. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an on-call rotation.

Qualified candidates hold a CSWE-accredited BSW/MSW with an LSW in good standing and experience in healthcare settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support seniors and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MSW in CSWE-accredited program.
• LSW in good standing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Medical Social Worker

Full Time-$5,000 Sign On Bonus

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with on call rotation

Covering Locations: all of southern Ohio

We are seeking a Social Worker who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. LSW in good standing.
• Experience: Preferred minimum of two (2) years in varied multi-disciplinary settings in the health care field with experience working with clients and family counseling; however, requires one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
