Located on the fourth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West, the 29-bed unit provides post-operative care to adult patients following Orthopedic trauma, head injury, and scheduled joint or spine surgery. We provide a patient-centered approach to helping patients return to their best by coordinating efforts with our therapy team to help ensure a successful recovery. Our focus is on building a team-centered work environment where compassion is key, patient safety is paramount, and you will have the ability to make a difference in the lives of your patients and their families.
Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
Currently enrolled in RN nursing program and beginning final semester of nursing school.
