Osseo Area Schools - District 279 in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a 4th grade long-term substitute to inspire and support learners, implement district goals, and collaborate with staff. The role covers delivery of instruction, use of resources, and communication with families.

The position runs through winter/spring 2027 with a 1.0 FTE schedule, Monday through Friday during the school year. MN teaching licensure is required, with conditional licensing options noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MN teaching license in appropriate field, OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.
• If not licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2.

Responsabilités

• Provide instruction and support in the 4th grade curriculum.
• Maintain contact and communication with guardians/caregivers of scholars.
• Willing to participate in district and building leadership activities.
