• Use assessment data, including NWEA MAP and M-STEP results, to guide instruction and interventions.
• Maintain structured classroom procedures and expectations appropriate for 4th grade learners.
• Communicate consistently with families.
• Implement accommodations and intervention plans.
• Participate in coaching cycles and team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records for grading and attendance.
• Administer district and state assessments, including M-STEP.
