St. Joseph Catholic School in Wenatchee is seeking a full-time 4th Grade Teacher certified in elementary education.

The teacher will plan, teach, assess, and monitor student progress using data to guide decisions, maintain high academic standards, and model Gospel values in a welcoming classroom. Candidates must hold a valid Washington State K–8 credential, be willing to teach the Catholic faith, and collaborate with families and staff to foster faith, excellence, and service.

4th Grade Teacher - St. Joseph Catholic School, Wenatchee

Salary: $46,000-$70,000/Yr. - depending on education and experience, Full-Time

St. Joseph Catholic School is seeking a full-time certified elementary-level teacher. The ideal candidate will use current, research-based instructional strategies to plan, teach, assess, and monitor student progress, using data to guide decisions that improve academic outcomes for all learners. The teacher will maintain high academic expectations, employ culturally responsive practices, and create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing classroom environment aligned with Gospel values. Applicants must hold a valid Washington State K–8 (or equivalent) teaching credential, be willing to teach and model the tenets of the Catholic faith, and follow all Diocese of Yakima and school policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate servant leadership, strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency with educational technology, effective classroom management, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset while working closely with students, families, and colleagues to foster faith, excellence, and service.
