Learning Care Group is seeking a passionate Lead 4K Teacher to design and implement engaging curriculum in a Wisconsin classroom. You will create joyful learning experiences, support children's social, emotional, and academic growth, and foster a welcoming, organized space where each child can thrive.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
• DPI certification (ECE license or Elementary Ed license with pre-K or K endorsement).
• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Familiarity with WI licensing and classroom best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
• Create joyful and effective learning experiences that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten.
• Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging.
• Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child’s development.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements, including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement.

Educación
