Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Team Lead positioned at Langley AFB, VA to support the ACC ISR mission within the National Security Sector. You will provide analytic, operational, and planning support to modernize the ISR Enterprise and guide cross-functional teams and subcontractors in mission tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and current TS/SCI clearance; prior AF/DCGS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of intelligence experience and management experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10 years of intelligence experience and management experience.
• Extensive familiarity with AF Policy and Guidance, USAF ISR Operations, and USAF Staff Functions.
• Demonstrated experience working within Air Force DCGS operations.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated problem-solving experience.
• Current TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Leidos and the National Security Sector currently has an opening for a Leidos Team Lead position located at the 497th ISRG on Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide analytic, operational, technical, and planning support to ACC and subordinate units to modernize the ISR Enterprise. This includes capability-based planning processes to include documentation of needs and gaps along with recommended solutions. Perform executive-level analysis and assessments in applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts to a wide range of work in the areas of planning, deployment, operation, and enhancement of advanced technology for the ISR Enterprise. Evaluate and identify material and non-materiel solutions for advancing the enterprise. Review and analyze the organizational structure, relations, systems, and processes across the enterprise to improve ISR capabilities through technology, TTP development/modifications, and investments.

Team lead management duties include but are not limited to :

The Team Lead will assist the Leidos Site Lead with Leidos and subcontractor team management duties to include but are not limited to: implementing Site Lead direction; provide sound professional, technical, and personal development guidance to subordinates; and oversee team member scheduling, time charging, and PWS-specified 497th ISRG mission management / product development tasks. After selection, applicants will complete Leidos Manager Essentials Training.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years of relevant intelligence experience with management experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 10 years of relevant intelligence experience with management experience. Additional experience may be considered lieu of a degree.

• Extensive familiarity with applicable AF Policy and Guidance, USAF ISR Operations, and USAF Staff Functions.

• Demonstrated experience working within Air Force DCGS operations.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated problem-solving experience.

• Current TS/SCI Security Clearance .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working and supporting the ACC/A2 ISR Program.

• Strong knowledge of the 497th ISRG operations
